A dated, written quote from a named vendor. PDF or image. Scope has to be readable.
Upload a written competitor proposal. AI extracts the scope. Vetted senior engineers decide if it is real work we can own. If it qualifies, our counter is at least 50% lower for equivalent scope.
The 50% is not a discount code. It is the result of a review that can also say no.

Line items, rates, assumptions, and what is actually being sold get pulled out of the document.
A TechTurf engineer checks padding, missing delivery, and whether we can stand behind the same outcome.
Eligible work gets a written counter at least 50% lower. Ineligible work gets reasons, not a vague maybe.
We only cut quotes we can deliver ourselves, at the same standard.
We treat competitor documents as confidential. Review usually takes five working days. You will hear from us either way.
Quote Cut is a review programme from Techturf Technologies Pvt Ltd and, where relevant, Techturf Technologies Ltd. You send a competitor quote. We decide if the work is eligible. If it is, we issue a written counter-proposal for equivalent scope at a total price at least 50% lower than the submitted quote.
The 50% figure is not a standing discount on all work, and it is not available until we confirm eligibility in writing.
A quote is only eligible if all of the following are true:
We may decline any quote, including those already priced below a sustainable delivery cost, or that we cannot verify.
We compare our counter to the eligible professional-services total on the competitor quote, excluding tax, travel, hardware, licences, and third-party subscriptions. If those items cannot be separated, we may treat the quote as ineligible rather than guess.
“Equivalent scope” means the same outcomes and constraints, not a copy of another vendor’s method, stack, or timeline if those would make the work worse.
Submitting a quote asks us to review it. It does not create a contract, reserve a team, or oblige us to bid. A counter-proposal is an offer and only becomes binding if both sides sign a separate agreement.
We aim to respond within five working days. Complex or incomplete packs may take longer.
We use uploaded quotes only to review this request, prepare a counter, and keep a record of the offer. We do not share them with the competitor named on the document. See our Privacy policy.
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you submit is the version that applies to that submission. Last updated 16 August 2026.
