These terms explain how you may use this website and the ground
rules for working with Techturf. They are separate from our
Privacy policy.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Techturf Technologies Pvt Ltd
(“Techturf”, “we”, “us”). We are a product engineering company
founded in 2021 by Tony K Thomas and Jophy James.
Our headquarters are at R22 Nash Square, Electronic City Phase
1, Bengaluru 560100, India. We also operate Techturf
Technologies Ltd from 33 Victoria Road, Swindon SN1 3AW, United
Kingdom.
By accessing techturftechnologies.com or any page on this site,
you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the
site.
You may use the site to learn about our work, read insights, and contact us. You may not:
use the site in a way that is unlawful or harmful;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, forms, or
other users’ information;
copy, scrape, or reuse our content, branding, or design at
scale without written permission;
introduce malware or interfere with the site’s operation.
3. Enquiries and conversations
Submitting the contact form, sending us an email, or starting a
conversation does not create a contract for services. We will
review your enquiry and reply, usually within one working day.
Any proposal, statement of work, or commercial agreement we send
you is a separate document. If those documents conflict with
these website terms, the signed agreement governs the
engagement.
4. Quote Cut
The Quote Cut programme is a separate offer. Upload of a
competitor quote is a request for review only. A 50% reduction
applies solely to eligible scope, confirmed in writing, under
the
Quote Cut terms. Not every
quote can be reduced.
5. Services
We design and engineer digital products, AI and automation
systems, cloud and platform work, and longer product
partnerships. Descriptions on this site are an overview, not a
binding specification.
Scope, fees, timelines, acceptance, and intellectual property
for paid work are set out in the relevant proposal or contract
with Techturf Technologies Pvt Ltd or Techturf Technologies Ltd,
depending on the engagement.
6. Our product, dmcart
dmcart is a product we build and operate. Visiting
dmcart.uk is subject to that
product’s own terms and privacy notice, not these website terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Techturf name, wordmark, site design, copy, case-study
framing, and other original materials on this site belong to us
or our licensors. You may share a page link. You may not
reproduce our materials for commercial use without permission.
Project images and client names are used to describe work we
have delivered. Those marks remain the property of their
owners. Unsplash photographs are used under the Unsplash
licence.
8. Accuracy and availability
We take care with what we publish, but the site is provided as
is. Team size, project counts, and other figures may change.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error
free, or available in every country.
We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site
without notice.
9. Third-party links
This site may link to maps, dmcart, social profiles, or other
third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms. We are
not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techturf is not liable
for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising
from your use of this website, including loss of profit, data,
or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal
injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that
cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Paid professional services are governed by the relevant
contract, not this page.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is explained in our
separate
Privacy policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the
top of this page is the latest revision. Continued use of the
site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts
in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising
from use of this site, without limiting any mandatory consumer
protections that apply where you live.
Contracts for services with Techturf Technologies Ltd may
specify English law and UK courts. Those contracts control
that work.
